A powerful desktop robot with a working area of 600 x 600mm. Its reduced bench top footprint makes it an ideal robot for automating a dispensing application that may be currently performed manually. Programming is by teach-pendant, using the industry's leading dispensing software that walks the user through step-by-step instructions to create a sophisticated dispensing operation in minutes.

The AD series bench top dispensing robots are a cost effective solution combining high level programming technology with precision placement engineering. The AD series are a compact, heavy duty design, which are easily programmed using simple step-by-step instructions. A robust cast construction provides additional stability when working to fine tolerances. Systems are supplied with a micro shot diaphragm valve and 2 litre pressure pot for use with UV cure adhesives and many other liquids. The adhesive bottle is placed inside the tank which feeds the air operated valve via flexible fluid lines.

Programming is simple with easy to follow english language instructions. Commands are followed and responses entered by a Teach Pendant. An LCD display prompts the user for a data input and once confirmed, automatically displays the next instruction. By this method a program can be created quickly and simply. All machines include 4 I/O signal interface for connection to tools and controllers. Supplied with a timed pneumatic dispenser, I/O cable, teach pendant, power cables, airline hoses, valve mounting bracket, dosing valve, pressure pot, needle tip pack, user guide.

This system is designed for dispensing UV cure adhesives. All the fluid lines, tubes, connectors and tips will be black to prevent light affecting the adhesives.
