This high-quality line of dispensing needles is burr-free, and electro-polished shaft for unobstructed and consistent material flow. Suitable for dispensing most fluids, SMT adhesives and solvents. Industrial grade safe for use to 100 psi.

Ideal for use on robot dispensing systems as tips are cut high precision for total consistency. Tube length of 6" (152.4mm). Supplied in a sealed pack of 10 tips.

When dispensing Cyanoacrylate adhesives, we recommend selecting our Teflon, Teflon Lined or Polypro tips. For high viscosity pastes, sealants, silicones, mastics, solder pastes and compounds, we suggest the use of our tapered tips.
