A semi-automatic cartridge dispensing system allowing for metering & mixing operations direct from the dual cartridge. For less viscous materials, the optional TS1212 air operated pinch tube valve is included to use as part of the kit. The valve is mounted at the static mixer tip for accurate dispensing of drip-free mixed deposits. Or dispense direct from the end of the static mixer nozzle. The timed shot system ranges from 0.08 to 60 seconds or run controlled flow using steady mode.

The wwin-pack cartridge dispense system reduces stress and operator fatigue and ensures accurate dispensing with less rejects and/or wasted material. Works with all industrial standard 400ml C-System, F-System and similar dual cartridges.

A foot pedal operated digital dispenser is included for repeatable timed cycling or manual deposits. A universal cartridge holder for 400ml cartridges may be swivelled at any angle for a comfortable bench operating position. Alternatively the system can be used in conjunction with a dispensing robot as a convenient method of interfacing a cartridge feed for automatic deposition of mixed material. Please note that this is the 400ml version only which can handle all 400ml 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 & 10:1 ratio cartridges.
