An electric sensor for detecting low fluid levels when used with TS2220 and TS2250 pressure pots and others. Order this part when first ordering either a TS2220 or TS2250 and the system is supplied pre-fitted with instructions.

The low level sensor is mounted on the tank before shipping and designed to manage alarms via a signal. It sends an electrical signal out for a PLC or device to detect. If the tanks are used as part of an assembly cell or production line, the signal out to the PLC can then be used to stop the line or sound an alarm (not supplied) should there no adhesive be in the pot. After a quick bottle change, reset and then the line can be run again with adhesive being dispensed.

The level sensor can be seen in the picture at the centre of the lid, to the right of the pressure gauge with the grey plastic nut connector after fitting.
