Liquid Analog Dispenser with Timer, Vacuum Suck-back and Gauge
Similar in operation to the DSP501A but with an analog gauge to indicate the level of suck back measured in psi.
The units larger internal air solenoid is recommended for operations that require an immediate high volume air exhaust, such as collapsible toothpaste-type tube, caulking, cartridge reservoirs and rotary table operations. The higher volume exhaust prevents post-extrusion of materials contained in tubes.
An adjustable vacuum
provides suck-back to the tip to prevent watery liquids from dripping.
We recommend the use of an inline filter on the air adapter to the
syringe when dispensing lower viscosity fluids.
This
compact dispenser sits on the bench and requires an air input from any
compressor or factory mains supply. It comes with airline hose and
fittings kit to make connection easy.

syringe stand, syringe and piston pack and tip kit selection. Ready
to use out of the box.
