DCK500 selection of 144 assorted dispensing barrels, pistons caps and tips in this kit include the blunt end, the blunt end angled general purpose dispensing tips, brush tips along with the TTNE taper tips and tip caps. Includes selection of Teflon Lined tips, 45 and 90 degree bend tips. Each tray receptacle comes with five samples of each product.
Dual level plastic box with printed card for easy product identification. All tips feature double helix locking thread for safety and are safe to use to 100 psi. Hubs are colour filtered plastic for UV protection. All components are silicone and chloride free.
In addition, the kit comes with and easy to read insert guide that will help you to the gauge, length and hub colour. Details of parts included with this kit are on pictures 3 and 4. Colour of casing can sometimes vary.

Precision dispensing tips are designed to work with all luer lock and
luer slip syringe barrels and fittings. They are fully compatible with
most fluids, adhesives, pastes and gels. They attach by twisting on luer lock to the barrels. Syringe barrels are safe for use to 100 psi and are unmarked plastics (non graduated). All barrels use a wiper piston to reduce material waste. Adapter assemblies provide the air-link between dispenser and syringe barrels. Our adapters are one-piece moulded which include an o-ring seal and a quick connector to dispenser.

All tips, barrels and adapter assemblies are certified safe for use to 100 psi. Do not re-clean barrels with aggressive solvents as this will weaken the plastics and can be dangerous if re-used under high pressures. All consumables are designed to be disposable after single use.
