Cartridge Sets for Two-Component Adhesives
The dual cartridge system is available in 50ml, 200ml, 400ml and 600ml sizes. 3 of these systems - 50ml, 200ml and 400ml, are available in 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1 mix ratios with 600ml in 1:1 and 10:1 mix ratios. All sizes take a variety of mixer nozzles. Both adhesive components are stored in the two chambers of the dual cartridge system and are then dispensed simultaneously through the static mixer, where dynamic mixing takes place.
The static mixer nozzles are available in different sizes with volumes and a variety of mixing elements. One of the main benefits of the system is that not all of the contents of the cartridge have to be mixed at a time. The cartridge can be easily closed and stored for further use, without the material curing. Packs include the cartridge, wiper pistons and cap seals. Compatible with industry standard dispenser guns. Dual cartridges are supplied in sealed packs of 500 and include 500 removable tip cap seals and 1000 of the correct ratio air-vented wiper pistons. Use these cartridge with standard manual or pneumatic applicator guns.
