Static mixer nozzles for dual component cartridges & meter mix dispense machines
High density moulded
static mixer nozzles for use with 50ml, 75ml, 200ml and 400ml type
twin cartridges. Bayonet type for 50ml and 75ml sizes and bell mouth
type for 200ml and 400ml sizes and metering mixing machines. All nozzles are stepped at the
outlet end for controlled dispensing direct or with luer lock end adapters.

A range of static mixing nozzles provide sizes based
upon the number of elements in the nozzle, which can range from 07 to
56, the number of elements are determined by the material manufacturer.
Static mixers are used with dual cartridges, as well as piston pump and gear pump machines. Adhesive Dispensing Ltd provide nozzles for all makes of meter mix machines. Static-mixing nozzles are also available with a bayonet attachment for standard one size fit to 50ml and 75ml dual cartridges.

static mixer for 50ml and 75ml cartridges. Stepped outlet that can
be cut back to increase orifice size and increase flow rates. These mixer nozzles are suitable for all two-component materials. Nozzles have white elements and are constructed of high grade
polypropylene.
