Teflon lined crimped dispensing tips are polypropylene colour coded hubs bonded to a stainless steel blunt tube. Inside, a PTFE sleeve is crimped to allow reactive adhesives, such as Cyanoacrylate to be dispensed without rapid clogging. If an adhesive does start to set on the outlet of the tube, the plug can be pulled off to continue dispensing.
The PTFE Teflon Lined Tip is suited to the controlled application of
Cyanoacrylates, Solvents, Activators, Primers and other liquids. The
crimped Teflon inner tube prevents reactive Cyanoacrylates from clogging
during application. The Teflon tube extends 1/8" from the stainless
steel tube to prevent damage to sensitive substrates
.
