Filters Regulators
Use
a filter on the air supply to any pneumatic dispenser to remove
damaging moisture and particles. When dispensing Cyanoacrylate
adhesives, it is important that the air is dry. Use a 5 micron filter to
remove moisture that would usually reactive with the adhesive. Use a
filter with regulator and gauge to control an air supply to any pressure
pot, cartridge reservoir or dispensing syringe

Syringe Stands

dispensers all ship with a syringe stand that will hold a single 3cc,
5cc, 10cc, 30cc or 55cc barrel. Ensure that the syringe is not laid on
the bench on its side which can allow fluid to be sucked into a
dispenser causing damage.
Bench Stands
The
Production Master system is a bench stand that can be configured for
use with syringe barrels, cartridge reservoirs and metering valves. It
consists of a basic stand and mounting rod where attachments can be
added to suit the product being bench mounted.
