Techcon System syringe barrel components for use with air powered dispensers or with rubber piston and plastic plunger rod for manual dispensing. Suitable for use with
watery liquids to thick pastes. In sizes from 1cc to 60cc. Air powered
barrels are safe for use to 100 psi and are silicone free and use plastic wiper pistons. High performance products guaranteed to provide a clean and efficient method of dispensing adhesives, pastes, gels, glues, inks primers, activators and epoxies. Available with luer lock (twist-on) or luer slip (push-on) tip attachment. Select manual rubber pistons and manual plunger rods with a syringe if using manually.

Syringe Pistons
Syringe
barrel wiper pistons in sizes 1cc, 3cc, 6cc, 10cc, 35cc and 60cc for use with 400 series syringe barrels only.
Plastic wiper pistons when using a pneumatic dispenser and black rubber
pistons when used with hand syringe assembly.
Syringe Caps
Syringe
end caps in sizes 3cc, 6cc, 10cc, 35cc and 60cc. Push on style.
Provides an air tight, leak-free seal to the top end of the syringe
barrel. And twist on tip caps for sealing the tip end of the syringe.
Receiver Assemblies
The
connecting link between pneumatic dispenser and syringe barrel.
Available in 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc and 55cc with either 3ft or 6ft long
hoses. Moulded head with pipe, o-ring & connector. Use these adapters with 400 series syringe barrels only.
Manual Plunger Rods
Plastic
plunger rods for use with all size 400 series syringe barrels and
pistons. The rubber pistons clip over the plunger end. Simple low cost
manual system for handling assembly fluids and glues. Use with 400 series syringe barrels and pistons only.
Manual Syringe Assemblies
The
complete hand syringe assembly including plastic barrel, rubber piston
and plastic plunger rod. In sizes 1cc, 3cc, 6cc, 10cc, 35cc and 60cc.
With luer lock or luer slip tip attachment. Hand operated unmarked plastic syringe assemblies.
Filled Syringes
Contract
repacking allows customers to specify their existing adhesives, pastes,
gels or other fluids to be repackaged and supplied in ready-to-use
syringes. Components are packaged air-free and supplied with safety data labels, batch codes in sealed packs.
